Speidel Law Firm In Wenatchee, WA represents individuals, families and businesses in matters of immigration before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

As with all of our attorney-client matters, we meet with our immigration clients on a strictly confidential basis.  All information given to us in confidence by our immigration clients is kept strictly confidential and is protected by the attorney-client privilege.  We counsel our clients regarding current immigration law and their options.

We recommend immigration strategies to our clients.  Among other client projects, we often prepare the USCIS Petition for Alien Relative Form I-130 together with all other appropriate USCIS forms in support of the petition.  We enjoy helping many of our immigration clients achieve their goal of becoming a lawful resident or citizen of the United States.
